A proposed U.S. dollar payment stablecoin for exchange settlement — GENIUS-aligned reserves, issuer mint/burn, hybrid NIST post-quantum controls on the authority plane.
Standard Element is being designed as a clean, exchange-first USD payment token: one-to-one redeemable design, no issuer-paid yield, monthly attestation posture, and compliance controls (pause / freeze / lawful burn).
Differentiation is system design — not a homemade cipher. Privileged mint authority is planned to require hybrid classical + NIST PQC (FIPS 203/204/205) signatures off-chain before on-chain execution.
Public distribution via audited ERC-20 on Ethereum and Base. Issuer control plane authorizes supply changes; optional attestation digests anchored on-chain. Whitepaper draft and technical specs are in internal review.
